Tapping Tuesday ~ The Ultimate Affirmation

Hi everyone and welcome to Tapping Tuesday!
This week, sorry to report I do not have a video for you
to follow along with.

But I do have a great idea for you!

This is one of my favorite ways to tap.

I really love to take an affirmation
and tap with it.

I always feel so empowered during and especially after.

So, to really kick it up, I have an amazing affirmation from the affirmation queen herself, Louise Hay.

Tap along the points while saying the affirmation.

Here is a reminder of the tapping points -
The Ultimate Affirmation

In the infinity of life where I am,
all is perfect, whole, and complete.

I live in harmony and balance with everyone I know.

Deep at the center of my being,
there is an infinite well of love.

I now allow this love to flow to the surface.

It fills my heart, my body, my mind, my consciousness,
my very being,
and radiates out from me in all directions
and returns to me multiplied.

The more love I use and give, the more I have to give.

The supply is endless.

The use of love makes me feel good;
it is an expression of my inner joy.

I love myself; therefore,
I take loving care of my body.

I lovingly feed it nourishing foods and beverages,
I lovingly groom it and dress it,
and my body lovingly responds to me
with vibrant health and energy.

I love myself; therefore,
I provide for myself a comfortable home,
one that fills all my needs and is a pleasure to be in.

I fill the rooms with the vibration of love
so that all who enter,
myself included, will feel this love and be nourished by it.

I love myself; therefore,
I work at a job I truly enjoy doing,
one that uses my creative talents and abilities,
working with and for people I love and who love me,
and earning a good income.

I love myself; therefore,
I behave and think in a loving way
to all people for I know
that which I give out returns to me multiplied.

I only attract loving people in my world,
for they are a mirror of what I am.

I love myself; therefore,
I forgive and totally release the past and all past experiences,
and I am free.

I love myself; therefore,
I live totally in the now;
experiencing each moment as good
and knowing that my future is bright and joyous and secure,
for I am a beloved child of the Universe,
and the Universe lovingly takes care of me
now and forever more.

All is well in my world.

You're So Money-Affirmation

Here is a great $money$ affirmation from Louise L. Hay.

My Income Is Constantly Increasing

I know that the quickest way to increase my income is
to do the mental work first.

In order to help myself be more prosperous,
I can either choose to attract
or repel money and
other forms of prosperity.

Complaining NEVER works.

I have a cosmic mental bank account,
and I can deposit positive affirmations and believe I deserve,
or believe that I do not.

I affirm:
My income is constantly increasing.
I have abundance in all areas of my life.

I find that I attract prosperity with ease.

Even Coaches Need Coaches

"Coaching is the most powerful force for change on Earth.
I believe that coaching can help anyone change anything." ~Christian Mickelsen

Even coaches need coaches.
It's true.

First off, let's touch base on something - "coaching".
What exactly is it? What do coaches do?

Life coaching is a holistic process that enables folks to move past their blocks and move forward living their life's desires.

Coaches listen to you.
Really listen.
They help you uncover your deepest wishes for a fulfilled life.

From there, they co-create a transformative action plan
with you, leading you to your desired outcome.

A life coach is an accountability partner.

Believe me, it helps to have someone there making sure you do
what you say you're gonna do.

Lost?
Get a coach.

I got lost at the beginning of the year.
My dad died.
So sudden. So fast.
I plummeted into grief.
As expected, really.

However, I couldn't stay there forever.

I had a coach pull me out of it.
I had someone to remind me that I have a purpose here.
I'm here to help folks.
I can't help people when I'm wallowing in my grief.
As Louise Hay says, "Honor the love, and not the loss."
I'm alive. I'm still here.
And while I am here, I want to make a difference.

We all get off track.
We all get a little lost sometimes.
It's okay.
You may just need to find someone to help bring you back.

Do you need help finding your way?
I can help.

I can help you focus. I can help you bring clarity back to your life.

Are you ready?

I'd tap that.

I've become happily obsessed with tapping.
tap, tap, tap
What is that, you ask?

Tapping, also known as
EFT-Emotional Freedom Technique,
blends psychology with Traditional Chinese Medicine.

By "tapping" on acupressure points while
voicing what is going on with you,
you start to tune into your body's natural ability to heal itself.

Tapping is about honesty,
really getting down to the core of the issue.

Tapping is about bringing your power back.

It's no bullshit.

You uncover the real deal, face it head on, and release it.

Here's a great video to help one have an understanding of tapping-and if you are already familiar-
it's still a great video.

Why?

Well - it's one of my favorite people, Louise Hay.

I love this video.
I've always called Louise, the Queen of Affirmations -
apparently so do other folks.

Watch Tapping Solution's, Nick Ortner with Louise Hay.

AMAZING.

So - here are
The Tapping Points
www.TheTappingSolution.com
From watching numerous videos of Nick Ortner tapping, watching The Tapping Solution movie, and reading Jessica Ortner's book, "The Tapping Solution for Weight Loss and Body Confidence" - I've put together a personal script for getting me
started on my weight loss journey.
(For real this time - I'm digging deep to the core.)

Here's the script - are you ready to tap along?
Go for it.
Try it out.
Feel free to change the wording to whatever suits you.

KC: Even though I have all of this weight on my body, I love, accept, and forgive myself now.

Even though I’m so frustrated about all of this weight on my body and I haven't been able to shed it, I love, accept, and forgive myself now.

Even though I feel so weighed down by the weight, and I don't know how I could let myself go like this, I love, accept, and forgive myself now.

EB: This weight
SE: All of this weight
UE: Weighing me down
UN: Why won’t it let go?
CH: Why am I holding on to it?
CB: What do I need to learn here?
UA: What’s this weight teaching me?
TH: Why am I holding on?

EB: This weight on my body
SE: The weight of this weight
UE: And all this stress and frustration
UN: It’s safe to feel this way
CH: It’s safe to acknowledge my weight
CB: This is the way I feel
UA: and I accept myself with all these feelings
TH: and I can choose to let them go

EB: It’s safe to feel these feelings
SE: It’s safe to accept myself with these feelings
UE: and it’s safe to let them go
UN: What if I could release all this weight?
CH: From every cell in my body
CB: What if I could feel safe and beautiful in my body again?
UA: what if I could relax again?
TH: and know all is well

Take a nice deep breath.
Let it out..

And once more –

EB: Feeling safe in my body
SE: Relaxing in my body
UE: Releasing all this weight
UN: and knowing all is well
CH: My body is safe, my body is beautiful
CB: My spirit is safe, my spirit is beautiful
UA: I am safe and I am beautiful
TH: Right now and always

Take a few, nice deep breaths.

How do you feel?

I feel pretty damn good myself!

I've been battling weight since I turned 21.
I have realized it shouldn't be a battle.
I should just flow with my natural rhythms.
I should flow with my life and not against it.
I'm excited to see how tapping will help me on this journey.
I choose to be healthy in body, mind and spirit.

You Can Heal Your Heart Affirmations

One of my all time favorite human beings
has released another book -
"You Can Heal Your Heart" by Louise Hay.
She wrote the book with David Kessler, grief and loss expert.

I had to order this book.
It couldn't have come at a better time.

I just finished, "On Grief and Grieving" by
David Kessler and Elisabeth Kobler-Ross.

It was perfect for me at this time of my life.

My dad died on January 12 and since then
I've been working through my grief.

Crying, feeling, remembering,
processing...

What always helps me are affirmations.

I'm so pleased Louise Hay released these
10 healing heart affirmations.

My favorite is
"I honor the love more than the loss."

A is for Affirmations - Pagan Blog Project

Pagan Blog Project

A is for:
Affirmations

I am a huge believer in affirmations.

Words have power -
especially when you repeat them over and over.

Even if you don't believe what you are saying at first -
keep repeating the words and you will.

Using affirmations daily is a truly fantastic way to:
-increase self-esteem
-change your thought patterns
-manifest your reality

When I incorporate affirmations into my life,
I feel stronger.

I feel unlimited potential.

One of my favorite affirmations I use daily is
"I am loved and protected by all that is
Divine and pure in the Universe."

Another one of my favs is from
the Affirmation Queen herself, Louise Hay.

I just love her!

"I breathe in love and I flow with life."

When I repeat those words,
I feel my heart chakra expanding.

I use this one quite often, especially when faced
with a difficult situation.

Here is the entire affirmation from her book,

I breathe in love and I flow with life.
Inner Wisdom, Meditations for the Heart and Soul by Louise Hay

Am I expanding or contracting?

When I expand my thinking, my beliefs, and everything about me, the love flows freely.

When I contract, I put up walls and shut myself off.

If I am frightened or threatened or feel that something is just not right, I begin to breathe.

Breathing opens me up.

It straightens my spine.

It opens my chest.

It gives my heart room to expand.

By practicing breathing, I drop the barriers and begin to open up.

It is a beginning point.

Instead of going into total panic,
I take a few breaths and ask myself:

Do I want to contract, or do I want to expand?

Psychoneuroimmunology

Blog 22 of 30 ~ Effy Wild's Blogalong ~ Thirty Posts in Thirty Days
Psychoneuroimmunology

Psychoneuroimmunology explores the relationships between the nervous system, emotions, and the immune system.
It proves the links between our states of mind and
our states of health.

It is the important piece of a very complex puzzle -
the puzzle of what creates and
 maintains harmony and well-being.

The premise of mind-body medicine is that our thoughts, feelings,
and mental states influence our bodies at the physical level
and express themselves in our health.

You are the master of
your immune system.

The brain influences the body, including the immune system, through nerve fibers that reach into all of the organs, the endocrine system, the bones, the muscles, the lymph nodes, and every part of the body. It also exerts both direct and indirect effects through its own chemical messengers and those dispatched by the endocrine glands. The limbic system, which is an evolutionarily ancient collection of deep brain nuclei involved in the generation of emotional responses, reaches into the autonomic nervous system and the immune system through its connections with the hypothalamus.

The connections between the hypothalamus and the immune system are bi-directional. The brain not only transmits information to the immune system, but also receives information back from it. This is the basis of neuromodulation of immune function and it is the way in which states of mind influence the body, and the way in which states of the body influence the mind.

The three traditionally separated fields of neuroscience, endocrinology and immunology, with their various organs—the brain, the glands, the spleen, bone morrow, and lymph nodes—are actually joined to each other in a multidirectional network of communication, linked by information carriers known as neuropeptides.

We have an incredible intelligence and power within us that constantly responds to our thoughts and words.
As we learn to control our minds by the conscious choice of thoughts, we align ourselves with this power.
Life is very simple if you understand
what we give out, we get back.
What we think becomes our reality.
When we create harmony, peace, and balance in
our minds, we have it in our lives.

By this understanding, we see we can create illness in our body. The body is a mirror of our inner thoughts and beliefs.
The body is always speaking to us.
When you learn to listen to your body,
you can find your imbalance.

Louise L. Hay, a metaphysical lecturer and teacher, writes amazing books on this subject. She says physical illness can be changed mentally. Her books lists illnesses with the probable cause and the new thought pattern implemented by an affirmation. By using the new thought pattern, you can eliminate the illness.

For example, you are suffering stomach issues.
The probable cause is dread, fear of the new,
and/or inability to assimilate the new.

The affirmation is
"Life agrees with me.
I assimilate the new every moment of every day.
 All is well."

Maybe you have been fatigued.
The probable cause is resistance, boredom,
and/or lack of love for what one does.

The new thought pattern is
"I am enthusiastic about life and
filled with energy and enthusiasm."

We are responsible for everything in our lives-the good, the bad, and the ugly. Each one of us creates our experiences by our feelings and our thoughts. The thoughts we think create our reality. Why not manifest a healthy reality
 if you hold the power?

When we have something in our present that is undesirable,
then we must use our minds to change the situation.

Change your thoughts. Change your life.
Practice affirmations. Build positive energy within you.

You can build positive energy by mediation and visualization. Sit quietly, calm the mind, and visualize yourself HAPPY. Let this feeling become familiar to you. Build upon it. You can start visualizing good health, good relationships,
a new car, the list goes on.

We are unlimited in what we can do.

All the events you have experienced in your lifetime up to this moment have been created by your beliefs and your thoughts you held in the past.

What is most important is now.

Live in the now.

Choose to think, feel, believe,
and live right now.
By understanding psychoneuroimmunology
we have the power to
be healthy in body, mind, and spirit.

You hold the key to happiness.

You have the power!

Peace, Inspiration, & Love,
~Amy
