The Mystic Inner Knowing is our crown chakra.
It is our higher self, our higher power.

The Crown Chakra is
 selfless service - spiritual unity - idealism - understanding - devotion - faith - stillness - oneness - the divine - bliss - peace - liberation - knowing - self-realization

An imbalanced crown chakra creates feelings of
despair, loneliness, and spiritual alienation.
The biggest block of your crown chakra is refusing to
believe in higher powers.

When the crown chakra is in balance
you live your life directed by Spirit.
A balanced crown chakra brings
wisdom and intelligence with an open mind.

You are present in the moment and connected to your spirituality.
There are many ways to heal and
balance the crown chakra.
You can try one or
combine many for more beneficial results.

  • Fast. Fasting opens us to self-knowledge.
  • Detox. Use herbs such as holy basil, ashwaganda, fo ti, and gotu kola. These herbs help us develop spiritual consciousness.
  • Take yarrow flower essence. Yarrow knits holes in your energy field.
  • Clear your head through cardiovascular exercise.
  • Spend time outside in clean air and sunshine.
  • Practice calmness.
  • Meditate focusing on your crown chakra.
  • Chant the sound sound "ee" as in bee.
  • Use crystals. Choose one and carry it with you. Meditate with it.
  • Use affirmations. I have listed eight excellent affirmations below for balancing your 7th chakra.
  • Use essential oils. Remember, oils are the souls of plants. This plant energy can help balance our energy.
Essential Oils for the Crown Chakra

Cypress essential oil brings balance and stillness. It encourages will power and wisdom.

Frankincense essential oil enhances enlightenment and connects the spirit with the divine.

Myrrh essential oil is protection and spirituality.

Neroli essential oil invokes lightness, joy, regeneration, peace, and completeness.

Rosewood essential oil removes other’s influences and thoughts bringing us back to our true selves. Now we can implement the changes we need to make to fulfill our authentic being. It reminds us to be ourselves and live in the moment.

Affirmations for The Crown Chakra

I tune into the union with my Higher Power.

I am starting to accept myself as I am, with love and gratitude.

I cease to limit myself intellectually and in my creativity and connect my spirit to the Source of all knowledge.

I am a unique, radiant, loving being.

I choose to live my life from a place of love and contentment.

I choose to transform my life and become free.

I release all limited thoughts and lift myself up to ever higher levels of awareness.

I am who I am and glory in that.

Cayenne increases blood flow, tonifies the nervous system, relieves digestion, stimulates yang energies, cleans the blood, and increases the appetite.

As an antibacterial, it is ideal for colds and chills.

Cayenne is good for throat issues like
hoarseness and laryngitis.

To create the infusion:
Add a 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne to a cup of boiling water.
Dilute a tablespoon of the infusion with
more hot water to make a cupful.
Sip as required.

The infusion is ideal for colds, chills,
cold hands and feet, depression and shock.

To stimulate digestive function take 2-3 drops of
the undiluted infusion.

For rheumatic pains, bruising and sprains, soak a pad in the infusion for a compress.

For throat issues create a gargle by
diluting 5-10 drops of tincture in
half a glass of warm water.

Create an infused oil for a warming massage
for arthritis and rheumatism.
The infused oil and ointment are less burning
and irritating to the skin than the raw fruits.

A couple of HOT tips:

To increase circulation, mix cayenne with shea butter
and rub on the skin.

Putting a bit of cayenne between your shoes and
socks on a cold winter day helps to keep the feet warm.

Ronda Rousey Inspires Me

Even though I worked for The Golf Channel
for 10 years of my life,
(I know. Sometimes I don't believe it, either.)
 I'm not into sports.

Nope.
No sports for me.

And I always hated P.E.
I would take an extra class to get out of physical education.

Despite all of this, I have found something I like,
and dare I say, even love?

I love kickboxing.
I love going to the gym and punching the crap out of that bag.

It's truly empowering.

I feel strong.

I feel more secure.

I feel like I can take better care of myself.

So - I've also opened up to watching some
female fighters go at it.

And I was completely floored when I witnessed this -

14 seconds.

In 14 seconds, she won.
In 14 seconds, the other girl had no idea what happened.
In 14 seconds, I got a new role model.

My jar on the floor, I was captivated.

This chick has mad skills.

She looked so mean, so fierce at first.
Afterwards, she smiled and just wanted to eat chicken wings.

I started researching her and damn...
she is truly beautiful inside and out.

Confident and powerful, she is
an inspiring role model for women everywhere.

Ronda can teach us the importance of -

  1. Focusing.
  2. Living in the moment.
  3. Celebrating your wins.
  4. Owning it.
  5. Being who you truly are, your authentic self.

She doesn't shy away from being a sex symbol.
She doesn't shy away from being awesome.
She doesn't shy away from being a badass.

Ronda Rousey is an amazing combination of beauty and strength.

“I think that women fighting in the octagon really affects everything that women see as possible for themselves,” she told USA Today. “It’s not about trying to find a role that already exists that you can fit into. Now it’s about trying to dream up all the different roles that you can create for yourself—just like we did in fighting, we can do in every single profession out there.
-Ronda Rousey

Her next fight is this Saturday night.

I am looking forward to seeing her mad skills in action again.

intuition - the spiritual - inner sight - purity - clarity - spirituality - wisdom - awareness - clairvoyance - imagination - concentration - insight - discernment - peace of mind

The third eye is the boundary between human
and divine consciousness.
It is where the unconscious and conscious meet.
The phone rings, and you know who it is...that is your third eye.

If your 6th chakra is depleted, you don't trust your intuition.
You have fixed and narrow thinking.
If your 6th chakra is in excess you can become disorganized, disoriented, spacey, and ungrounded.
Feeling lost, melodramatic, confused, and cynical
are all signs of an imbalanced third eye chakra.

When our third eye chakra is in balance we
trust our intuition.
We recognize our soul's true path.
We observe without judgement.
We are self aware and have heightened clairvoyance.

There are many ways to heal and
balance your third eye.
You can try one or
combine many for more beneficial results.

  • Enjoy mineral rich and superfoods, like wheat grass juice, chlorella, green algae, royal jelly, and bee pollen.
