Declutter - Inside & Out Coaching Package

I believe in constant decluttering.

I feel before you can bring anything new into your life,
it helps to make room for it.

We need to get rid of what does not serve us to
make room for what does.

I usually start on an external excursion.

Clean out the closets.

Take things to Goodwill.

If I hesitate on an item, I get rid of it.
If I haven't worn it or used it in 6 months, I let it go.

If I don't absolutely love it, I let it go.

In my home, I like to surround myself with things
I really, really love.

Simplify your space. Simplify your life.
Simplify. Simplify. Simplify.

Declutter your home inside and out.
I want you to have a place for everything,
and everything in it's place.

What about de-cluttering internally?

This usually requires deep reflection time.
Carve out some time for this.
Find a quiet place and breathe.
Grab a journal.
Think...

1. Is there anyone you haven't forgiven? Do you hold a grudge towards someone? What or who are you tolerating? What are you holding on to that does not serve you?

2. Let it go. There are many ways you can do this. You can actually talk to that person that still bugs the crap out of you and forgive them. You could write it out and then burn it. You could meditate on the situation, see that person in your mind. Hug them, watch them turn into a big bubbly heart balloon and fly away from you.

It's okay.

You deserve peace. You deserve to let go and move on.

Decluttering inside and out is important for our souls.

I'm most excited to be offering
a monthly decluttering coaching program.

I absolutely love organizing/cleaning/purging.

Let me help you get rid of all that does not serve you.

We'll look at the areas of your life that need decluttering
and devise a reasonable plan of attack.

What's on your bookshelf right now?

You may know my word for 2014 is Simplify.

It's rather difficult with books.

I'm trying to read one fiction book and one sort of self-help, self-exploration, etc. book.

I find myself currently reading 4 books.
My current reading load.

From Jessica's Pinterest
I'm just on page 18, but I'm super excited about
diving vagina first into this book.
I'm passionate about passion.
I am determined to keep sexy love alive.
I feel good sex is necessary
for a healthy relationship.

Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Ph. D.
Women Who Run with the Wolves
I'm still in my Women Who Run with the Wolves book club.
I'm so super thankful for the online group,
or I would never continue this book.
Why?
It's a heavy read.
It's better to read this one with a group of women.
Clarissa weaves wonderful folklore fairy tales and then
has pages and pages and pages of
dissecting the meaning behind them.
She digs deep, straight through your heart, through your memories, through repressed situations.
If you read this book authentically,
you will be left with no secrets for yourself.
It's a true guide to unearthing your own dark past
and letting go.
Let go and become the wild woman you are!
(unless you are a man - then
become the wild man you are!

The Right-Brain Business Plan by Jennifer Lee
The Right-Brain Business Plan
This book is inspiring me to get that creative business plan done.
I'm taking an online class that follows the book.
This is the perfect book/class I need to move forward with
The Magick Muse coaching biz.
I feel more driven, more focused, and
now I have a launch date for my dream biz.
(more on that later)
Check out my blog about this book.
You can read it here.

Mouse Guard Winter 1152 by David Petersen
Mouse Guard Winter 1152
This is my book I'll be reading on my lunch hour this week.
I'm really looking forward to it.
It's for all ages, a beautiful drawn graphic novel of
an entire mouse world.
Mice with swords.
Well done.

Simplify Bracelet Creation

my "Simplify" bracelet creation
Instead of pesky resolutions,
have you ever chose a word for the new year?

Just one word to represent your intentions...

Last year, my word was

And transform I did.
I released my intentions, I manifested, I transformed.

This year, I'm all about calming down.

This year, I want to
SIMPLIFY.

For my word of 2013,
I created a bracelet.

I wore my "Transformation" bracelet every single day
for a clear reminder of my intentions.

I loved it.

So - I created my
2014 Simplify bracelet.

I've been wearing it every day.

It reminds me that life can be much simpler.

It reminds me to take one step at a time,
read one book at a time,
work on one creation at a time.

It reminds me to live in the now.

Approach life a breath at a time so you
don’t get ahead of yourself and
take on more than you need.
~Yogi Cameron

Do you have a word of the year?
What is your word?

Share with me.
I'd love to know.

Happy New Year! I am ready to - Simplify.

Happy New Year!

A new year, a new moon.

Newness abounds.

I feel rejuvenated. I feel ready.

I feel this year is gonna rock.

Why?
Cause I'm all about keeping it simple.

Last year was a bit much.
I was super passionate and excited and took on way too much.
I just wanted to do everything.
I got swept away with all of the art classes,
Facebook groups, book clubs, etc.

I worked 40 hours a week at my day job, blogged, kept up with books, online courses, and all kinds of challenges.

I never had time for my life coaching biz.
...and that's what is soooo important to me.

I've been working since the middle of November to
get rid of all my distractions.
I threw out about 10 painting projects I had begun.
I've been purging like mad.

I've looked deep into my being and I am ready.
I am ready to get The Magick Muse going.
I am ready to grow my business.
No more art classes. No more distractions.

2014.

2014 is all about a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

All about simplifying.

All about my authentic being.
