I'm hosting a book club.

Seriously.

I started the book at the end of May and
immediately began tapping every day.

I've tapped on food cravings. I've tapped on overwhelm.
I've tapped on feeling beautiful and sexy again.

This book is a must read and do for all women.

It's not just about weight, it's really about body confidence.
It's about self confidence, truly believing in yourself and
feeling 100% comfortable in your own skin.

When you reach that point, that's when changes happen.
That's when you begin to make better choices,
not because you have to, but because you want to.

You start eating better, you start a yoga routine, you start walking, you start taking care of yourself.

When you love yourself inside and out,
you want to treat yourself well.

This book helps tear down all the obstacles
we've acquired through the years.
There are tapping scripts throughout the book for a variety of issues from negative self talk to emotional food cravings.

Since reading Jessica's book, I've lost 15 inches of myself.
I've started doing yoga in the mornings.
I'm eating less and loving life more.

I'm so excited about these shifts in my life.
I decided to start an online book club.
It starts August 25 with a private facebook group.
The club is free and limited to 20 active and willing participants.

The group will provide a safe place to speak freely,
sharing our journey for body confidence.

Interested? Email me at themagickmuse@gmail.com.

Note: August 25, 2014
***The book club is closed. If interested email me and I'll let you know of any future book clubs and/or classes.***

O is for Ortners - Pagan Blog Project

I've been talking about tapping a lot lately.

I've been practicing it on a regular basis
for a couple of months.
Tap Tap Tap
I had heard of it before, but didn't really look into it.

A few months ago I came across a tapping video
with Nick Ortner.

At the time I had hurt my side pretty bad.

I thought "What have I got to lose?"

So sitting in the privacy of my own room,
I followed his video, tapping on the pain in my side.

Afterwards, I felt better.

How could that be?

I rewatched the video, writing down word for word
his tapping script.

I did the tapping a few more times, followed by
the next day and the next day.

The pain subsided.

I was completely blown away.

I started to dig deeper into emotional freedom technique.

That's when I came across Nick's sister, Jessica Ortner.

She was just releasing a book, "The Tapping Solution for Weight Loss & Body Confidence: A Woman's Guide to Stressing Less, Weighing Less, and Loving More".

I got the book and my life has changed.

I keep tapping.
I keep studying.

Now I am teaching others how to tap.

And I owe it all to the Ortners for opening my eyes and
my energy to an incredible and easy modality.

Watching any video with them,

you can see they are genuine souls.

I have felt a permanent shift
in certain areas of my life since tapping.

Thank you Nick Ortner.

Thank you Jessica Ortner.

Thank you both for doing what you do and
changing so many people's lives.

I know my life is now changed and
I plan on sharing this amazing and easy technique
with everyone I know.

Have you completely accepted yourself?

All of your strengths and all of your weaknesses?

It can be tough.

But it's also very freeing.

I have no apologies.

I have no shame.

I claim myself.

100%.

I am relentlessly authentic.

I choose to be all me.

I own it.
