How do I use the wrap?
Figure out your first target area. Most of us start with the belly.
They recommend taking a hot shower first. If you don't feel like showering, make sure you wash the area of focus thoroughly.
Take measurements. I recommend keeping a journal of your results. Write down the date, which area you are focusing on, and the measurements before and after.

If shedding inches off the belly, measure 3 areas:
- upper (above the navel)
- midsection (at navel)
- hips
Drink lots and lots of water. This helps flush out the toxins.
The first time you wrap, leave it on for 45 minutes.
When you remove the wrap, rub in remaining lotion.
Check your results! Check 24 hours later, 48 hours, etc.
Keep drinking water!
After the first wrap, you can start leaving the wrap on longer...for an hour...two hours...hell, some people sleep in them!
